the instructions 50% - 80% For those who are ambivalent
about quitting and do not follow the program 15% - 35%

It can be held in your auditorium, or a meeting room or
a nearby location secured by your company.
Individuals or small groups of three or less can also be
done at my office in Lebanon, NH.
When is the best time to run the program?
Mondays and Tuesdays usually are the best days but any
day can be scheduled in. It can be done during working
hours or in the evening. Whatever works best for your
employees.
Who usually pays for the program?
Some companies pay for their employees to attend the
program while others have the employee pay and then
offer a reimbursement if the employee stays smoke-free
for 30 days. Research shows that smokers who quit for 30
days usually stay smoke-free.
Is reinforcement needed?
No, most clients find that the session alone is all they
need to quit smoking and remain smoke free, but for
additional conditioning for those who need it we furnish
a powerful reinforcing cassette tape at no additional
charge to each person in attendance. The tape normally
sells for $25.00.
Would you make a presentation to our management?
We would be happy to do a presentation for decision
makers.
Do you have other programs?
We also conduct weight-loss and stress reduction
programs. The fee and logistics are the same as the
